Storyline:

June Waltshire has never had to think about money, since she inherited the entire family fortune when her parents passed away when she was fourteen. She has just expected whatever money she wants or needs to be there as she lives in luxury around the world, she in the process having no what would be considered working skills in paying for everything to be done for her. June’s world is turned completely upside down when she loses her entire fortune in a cryptocurrency debacle. Unable to sell whatever few possessions she is allowed to keep and losing some just out of carelessness on her part, June discovers that she at least has a place to live as her recently deceased maternal aunt, Birdie, has deeded her her farmhouse in rural Greenville, this side of her aunt which June had never seen or known. Upon her arrival, June further learns that Birdie’s neighbors, brother and sister organic farmers Bart and Nina Hudson, have been looking after the property in the interim, Bart who June initially mistakes as Birdie and thus now her servant or at least the handyman. In June needing to eke out a living, Nina and especially Bart take June under their wing in teaching her what she needs to do to keep the farm going. In the process, June, in loving and respecting her aunt, decides to take up Birdie’s mantle in the community, especially against who seems to be Birdie’s rival, Dotty Cartwright. Also in the process, June and Bart seem to be falling for each other. Regardless of June’s financial situation, the question becomes whether June and Bart will be able to overcome their lifestyle differences to get to a happily ever after.
