Cat Person Movie (2023):
Cat Person is a psychological thriller film directed by Susanna Fogel and written by Michelle Ashford. The film stars Emilia Jones, Nicholas Braun, Geraldine Viswanathan, Hope Davis, Fred Melamed, and Isabella Rossellini. It is based on the 2017 short story of the same name written by Kristen Roupenian for The New Yorker.
The film was announced on June 20, 2021, and production began on October 14, 2021. Filming took place in Jersey City in October 2021 and in Newark. Cat Person premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival on January 21, 2023.
