Storyline:

Amid tension in 1980s India, three friends of different faiths unite in a noble yet dangerous effort to save hundreds in their town.

It received mixed-to-positive reviews from the critics, with praise for the performances (especially of Ayyub’s, Mishra’s and Dosanjh’s), direction, cinematography, background score, editing, production design, and themes. However, the screenplay and depiction of the 1984 Sikh genocide received a polarizing response.

On the review aggregator website Rotten Tomatoes, 60% of 10 critics’ reviews are positive.
