  • Filming began on September 6, 2020, when McQuarrie started to publish pictures from the sets on Instagram and ended September 2021.

The film was previously set to be released on July 23, 2021, November 19, 2021, May 27, 2022, and September 30, 2022, before being delayed to July 14 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and production shutdowns.
