Nadikar Trailer: Tovino Thomas Shines as Arrogant Superstar

The highly anticipated trailer for the upcoming Malayalam film ‘Nadikar‘ has been released, offering a captivating glimpse into the life of a self-obsessed superstar played by the versatile Tovino Thomas.

Directed by Lal Jr. and written by Suvin S. Somasekharan, ‘Nadikar’ follows the story of David Padikkal, a successful Malayalam cinema star whose personal and professional life is marred by his own arrogance and confrontations with colleagues and admirers. The trailer showcases Tovino Thomas’ powerful performance as he delves into the complexities of fame and its pitfalls, portraying David’s journey from the heights of stardom to a personal reckoning.

Alongside Tovino Thomas, the film boasts an ensemble cast including Soubin Shahir, Bhavana, Suresh Krishna, and a host of other talented actors. Originally titled ‘Nadikar Thilakam,’ the film underwent a title change as a mark of reverence to the legendary Tamil actor Sivaji Ganesan, who was fondly referred to as the ‘Nadikar Thilakam.’ ‘Nadikar’ is slated for release on May 3, 2024, and will be available in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi languages.
