Storyline:

This is the adaptation of the famous series Shameless. Fiza, struggling to survive in one of the poor neighborhoods of the city is the eldest child of the family. She has looked after her five younger siblings since their mother left them. Her father Fakhri is addicted to alcohol and is wasting his life drinking and making money from easy and deceitful means adding nothing but trouble for the family.

One day a mysterious young man Basit enters into her life and does his best to win her heart. He soon becomes a part of the family. However, Fiza believes that there is no place for love in her life considering the difficulties she’s been facing. She tries to ignore her feelings and the six siblings try to keep each other happy and make their living.

Bizim Hikaye (English: Our Story) is a Turkish romantic comedy-drama series starring Burak Deniz and Hazal Kaya. It is an adaptation of the UK original series Shameless (2004-2013).

Turkish TV series Bizim Hikaye has 2 seasons. The first season (1-37) is aired on 14 September 2017 – 7 June 2018, and the second season (38-70) is aired on 13 September 2018 23 May 2019. Its first episode received more than 16 million views. The show was shot in Sarıyer, Istanbul, and ran for 70 episodes.

Bizim Hikaye is directed by Serdar Gözelekli (1-37) and Koray Kerimoğlu (38-70), written by Hatice Meryem, Banu Kiremitçi Bozkurt, Ebru Hacıoğlu, Verda Pars, and produced by Fatih Aksoy under the banner of Med Yapım.
