Bikki Gurung began his career as a musician. He debuted with kewal in 2015, in the Nepali music industry. He had no official training for his music but was rather a hobby he loved. He had no intention of being a singer but an artist who expresses one emotion through music.
He came into the limelight with the song Mari Jau which was released on 12 March 2016, via his official YouTube channel. After 2 years later he released Mari Jau 2 as a sequel to Mari Jau.
